The Titans came into the match with momentum after defeating the Roosters in Round 4, but they were no match for a determined Dolphins side and suffered a heavy 36-10 loss.

Meanwhile, the Dragons have beaten the Titans twice in the 2024 season, racking up a total of 60 points, and they’ll head into the clash at WIN Stadium full of confidence in their ability to take control against Des Hasler’s men.

The Titans have lost all six games played at WIN Stadium.

Both Teams Looking to Bounce Back After Disappointing Losses

Dragons May Have the Edge at Home

The Dragons held a solid lead in the first half against the Eels last week but fell away after the break and suffered a disappointing come-from-behind defeat. Meanwhile, the Titans were outplayed from start to finish by the Dolphins and never managed to gain any momentum, ending in a heavy loss. Both sides will be eager to bounce back after the embarrassment of handing out a first win to their opponents.

With both teams showing inconsistency in their performances, it’s tough to predict which way this one will go. However, considering the Dragons are playing at home in Wollongong, they might just have a slight edge.

It’s been a tough start to the season for this young team, but they are determined to make a strong impact at Suncorp Stadium.

Key Stats

Broncos Look to Break Roosters’ Suncorp Stadium Curse, Standout Performances from Key Players

The Broncos have not defeated the Roosters twice in a season since 2018.

The Roosters have lost three of their past four games at Suncorp Stadium.

Broncos centre Jesse Arthars has scored eight tries in his past six games.

Roosters winger Dominic Young has scored five tries in his past three games against the Broncos.

Broncos in Strong Form; Roosters Look to Rebound After Disappointing Loss

The Broncos struggled in the first half against the Tigers but bounced back in the second to secure a convincing win. On the other hand, the Roosters couldn’t capitalize on a wounded Rabbitohs team and fell short of expectations. The Roosters need to step up their performance in the next game, but their confidence is currently low. In contrast, the Broncos are in great form and should have a strong chance of winning this match.
