Nth Queensland has won 14 of the last 16 as favorites. The weather will be hot and humid in Townsville which will suit the Cowboys better especially later in the game as fatigue sets in. They also have Scott Drinkwater back at fullback ,who can link up and make the back three of Drinkwater, Holmes, and Feldt very dangerous. Tom Chester has been pushed to the interchange bench in place of returning fullback Scott Drinkwater. Injuries to Heilum Luki and Jordan McLean means a reshuffle in the forwards, with Griffin Neame moving into the starting side Reuben Cotter returning from injury.

The Dolphins came back down to earth with a heavy loss to the Dragons, and are short on troops ,with little depth due to being a new team, and injuries in key positions. Kodi Nikorima returns at five-eighth for the Dolphins, meaning Isaiya Katoa slots into halfback at the expense of Anthony Milford. Edrick Lee has been named on the wing, replacing Jack Bostock, while Kurt Donoghue has been recalled in place of Mason Teague.
Kodi Nikorima will come into five-eight following the lost of Sean Sullivan and Anthony Milford to injuries.

PREDICTION.
As much as I love the Dolphins side, I do not think they can win this one. Cowboys Coach Todd Payten will be upset about the late golden point loss to the Bulldog last week and will demand a win.
