Northland v Bay of Plenty ,The Bay should be to good here, but be careful of the Northland crew at home. Close game I feel.
Saturday 23rd ,September.
Counties Manukau v Manawatu, Counties will be to strong in this one.10 points.
Southland v Hawkes Bay, Hawkes Bay should get the chocolates here by 10 points.
Canterbury v Tasman, This will be tight. Neither side showing what they are capable of so far. Maybe Canterbury with a home advantage, but they are neighbours, so the travel will not worry Tasman. Be careful if betting.
Taranaki v Auckland, Another close game. Who wins? Well Auckland should be favourites ,but I will go with the Taranaki in an upset.
Sunday ,24th September.
Wellington v North Harbour, Wellington should win this . Although The Harbour have been good ,over all, I think Wellington will be to good.
Waikato v Otago, Waikato for me, at home, playing a gritty Otago, But the men from the South make to many silly mistakes. The Cows by 7.5 points.
Wednesday 27th,September.
Southland v Bay of Plenty, Although Southland try very hard they lack the big players that the stronger unions have available. They will be tired also as it is storm week for them, having played on Saturday against Hawkes Bay. The Bay by 10 points.
