The 2nd test of the AB’s v South Africa will be played on the weekend and after the humiliation of the 1st test ,I predict the same for game 2.
The great AB’s are lost completely, with a bad coach, poor captain, players playing badly, wrong players picked over and over again, lack of concentration, lack of confidence, badly coached, lack of a game plan. What else .
The current coach, Ian Foster, was picked under what is called a continuity theory, that is, the assistant coach takes over from the retiring coach, Steve Hansen.
Well, let’s pray that idea is never used again as it has been a complete failure. Foster never even won a super rugby title, and the NZ rugby board make him head coach. Next in line is not necessarily a great coach and that’s been proven.
Next is captain. Well Sam Cane is so quiet he could not lead the Chiefs. Last weekend he made 10 tackles, missed 2 tackles, made 4 runs and carried for 1 metre. Yep 1 metre in a test match. Players don’t respect him. He has to go, not even worthy on the bench. Sam Whitelock must be skipper.
Get rid of Cane, Coles, Ross, Perofeta, RogerTuivasa -Sheck, Beauden Barrett to the bench, starting Mo’unga, Jordie Barrett to the bench, Codie Taylor to the bench, Jordan to fullback, Caleb Clark into centre, Sevu on the wing, Ennor on the other, De Groot starting, bring in Fletcher Newell, Blackadder asap, Damian McKenzie, Joe Moody, Shaun Stevenson, Laumape, and Joe Schmidt as coach. Leave Razor until after the AB’s loose the world cup and then bring him in with a fresh bunch of players.
In the mean time I am off to the TAB to back South Africa minus 5.5 points, start.
