Tigers vs. Eels NRL Match Preview: Can Tigers Maintain Momentum Against Moses-less Eels?

I know it is a big call jumping on the Benji Marshall and Wests Tigers bandwagon after just one win this season and look I am not going to say that I am a true believer or how rounds I will still be hanging on for, but this matchup is good against the Eels, who will be without star halfback Mitchell Moses.

Tigers Show Promise After Crushing Sharks: Can They Sustain Their Form?

The Tigers looked just as good as Cronulla looked bad last weekend so I am not jumping the gun, but I believe Aiden Seizer and Lachie Galvin will hold Parramatta in their own end which is going to put pressure on their forwards to work all game which will open things up for Jahream Bula and Api Koroisau to find holes just as they did last week against the Sharks.

Api Koroisau Leads Tigers’ Charge: Key Player Analysis and Predictions

Last weekend, Api Koroisau shone brightly as the Tigers pulled off a remarkable upset against the Sharks, dominating with a crushing scoreline of 32-6. The Tigers’ hooker showcased his prowess with two try assists, executed 40 tackles, and made six runs covering a total distance of 66 meters, igniting his youthful team to secure their inaugural victory of the season.

Eels Face Tough Test Without Moses: Can They Overcome Tigers’ Momentum?

Parramatta have started the season strongly, losing only to three-time reigning premiers Penrith and beating the previously-undefeated Sea Eagles last week.

However, they have struggled for points without Moses in the past – and it’s a tough ask for Blaize Talagi as his replacement in just his second NRL game. Dylan Brown also isn’t a natural organiser.

Maika Sivo’s Impact: A Key Factor in Tigers vs. Eels Showdown

Prediction.

I think the Eels will really struggle without Moses. He orchestrates the entirety of their offensive strategies, and it’s hard to imagine Brown and Talagi matching his level of influence. Following an impressive win over the Sharks, the Tigers appeared revitalized, resembling a completely rejuvenated team. They rebounded strongly from their initial defeat of the season, displaying resilience and determination. Now, heading into another match as underdogs, they aim to maintain this momentum and continue their unexpected journey. The guile and experience of Apisai Koroisau around the ruck will expose any slow efforts from the tiring Parramatta middles and he will take every chance to keep his side on the front foot. I found the Tigers with an 11.5 points start @ $1.47.That might do me.
