I have just read the comments from the All Blacks coach after the thrashing by South Africa this morning winning by 26-10 and he states,
“this was the most improved performance of the year”, Oh really, I must have been watching another game, on another channel. IT WAS TERRIBLE.
This bloke has got no idea, there was poor skill execution, no discernable game plan, no confidence, and no ability to string phases together. He went on to say that, the timing was out on the attack side. Mate there was no attack side, and you are the attack coach.
This team is off to Ellis Park in a week to take on the same side. God help me. I have said before that Foster should never been made AB coach, and the NZ rugby board should never have appointed him. I REPEAT THAT,AND TAKE SAM CANE WITH YOU.
I watched several of this group play in Japan at the last world cup in 2019, where they also lost after being hot favorites to win, and these players were not good enough for an AB side then, and they still are not good enough. Same mistakes, not tough enough, lazy, penalty ridden, but still the selectors pick them. I mean Grant Fox was a good player, but a terrible selector.
I picked South Africa to win this series 2-0 weeks ago, and I stand by that.
So what is the answer.
I say leave Foster there and let him lose the Bledisloe Cup and the World Cup, and let the NZ Rugby Board drink champagne and tell the public all is well and then he will be know as the worst AB coach in history, a title he already owns.
If anyone wants Razor to coach at the moment, do NOT even think about it. You will ruin your coaching career with this mob.
In the mean time I have some rugby league to watch, much faster, ball in play longer, less interference from officials, and real skill by the players.
